The Hale Room

Room Description

The Hale Room features a glorious 19th century full-sized sleigh bed, a twin-sized sleigh bed, and an antique wrought iron stove. The room was named after H. Patterson Hale, a former 50-year occupant of the house, and ancestor of Nathan Hale, the American patriot.  Mr. H. Hale’s uncle, The Reverand Hale of Boston, was the author of the fictional tale of Philip Nolan, The Man Without a Country
