POLICIES & TERMS

RATES:

Rates are per room per night single or double occupancy.  State and local lodging taxes totaling 11.7% will be added to the room rate. Rates are subject to change without notice.

EXTRA PERSON:

Rates is based on single or double occupancy. Add $25 to the room rate for each additional adult.  The inn can accommodate children ages 10 and older. 

DEPOSIT:

A non-refundable 5% deposit will be charged at the time of booking. A credit card must be presented at check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.

CANCELLATION:

Because of our intimate size, we uphold a strict 14 (fourteen) – DAY CANCELLATION POLICY. In cases of cancellation WITHIN 14 (fourteen) days of the arrival date, regardless of reason, the guest is responsible for the TOTAL amount of the reservation. There are NO exceptions made for medical or family emergencies, inclement weather, missed or cancelled flights etc. The guest is responsible for shortened stays or later arrivals.  If you have any concerns about our cancellation policy we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

CHECK-IN:

Check-in time is between 3pm-5pm. If you require an arrival earlier than 3pm and you prefer immediate access to you room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. If you require a late check in (after 5pm) you must contact the inn to make special arrangements.

CHECK-OUT:

Check-out time is 11am.  We ask that you respect our 11am check-out time, as we need time to prepare our accommodations for incoming guests.  Should you have a late departure, luggage storage may be requested.

SMOKE FREE HOTEL:

Clark Currier Inn has a strict no smoking policy inside the building.  In consideration for our guests, we ask that you please smoke outside the Inn or use the garden area. 

PETS:

Clark Currier Inn is a PET FREE establishment. NO pets are allowed

DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY: 

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Inn’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
